Laser Facial is a treatment to reduce facial wrinkles and skin irregularities, such as blemishes or acne scars. The technique directs short, concentrated pulsating beams of light at irregular skin, precisely removing skin layer by layer. This popular procedure is also called laser peel, or laser vaporization.

Payments We Require payments before services, We do not provide services for future payments unless you are already on a payment plan. NO EXCEPTIONS ***Groupon Customers*** We are currently Not Accepting New Groupon Customers. All Groupon Customers will be asked to return the Voucher to Groupon. We will only provide services to customers who purchase their Packages in Office. Laser Hair Removal Laser Hair Removal Sessions are ONLY allowed to be scheduled every 6 weeks. Half Body & Full Body Laser Hair Removal are scheduled Every 6-8 weeks to give the hair time to fall off and grow back in the follicles before getting treated. Laser hair removal is not an exact science, and many factors play into good practice of hair removal. NO EXCEPTIONS Scheduling Fee To Schedule your desired appointment, a $25.00 fee is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed, the $25.00 deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee (unless 24 hours notice is given). Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All rescheduling/cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 fee, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to late arrival you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee. Appointment Policy Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation fee of $25. If An appointment is missed, you forfeit 1 prepaid treatment and will need to pay the $25 booking fee to reschedule an appointment. We encourage you to schedule two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule. All new clients please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork, using the bathroom, etc. Front Desk Policy Please respect the tranquility of spa guests. Keep your voice down. Turn off all cellphones and devices prior to entering the spa. All children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Return Policy Some unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt. Treatment series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards are null and void if 24-hour cancellation notice is not given. Treatment Outcomes We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you! Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies. ***Laser Training**** If You are paying for our online course, We will email your login Details to where you will be able to login and complete the course. Upon Completion, we will mail your certificate via USPS. For those doing onsite training, You will begin with the online course and you will then be scheduled to come in for hands on training at the appropriate time.
